Since a few years ago with a visit to England this delicious spread on bread, I love him. Unfortunately he is not in the market everywhere and it makes me even more that I have found a recipe for DIY.
for all England fans and those who want to change times on their bread and butter, here is the recipe:
juice and rind of two large lemons and untreated
200 g sugar 90 g butter
3 eggs
Place all ingredients in a bowl and heat at low temperature in a water bath with stirring until the mixture thickens.
Then fill in jars and seal. Done!
